- What if the reduced die roll is outside the range on the card or below
0 – It is a miss! The Defending player takes No Points.
The Defending player may laugh at the horrible shot that missed by a
mile if desired.
- Defense vs. Multiple Rolls – Defensive card
instructions apply to ALL of the attack die rolls.
- Defending player has no Defensive cards – Don’t you
hate being caught flat-footed? After the Attacking player gets a free shot
the Defending player discards a card and draws to replace it (hopefully
getting a Defensive card for next time!)
- Attacking player has no Offensive cards – Sometimes the
snow just won’t pack right. If an Attacking player has no Offensive cards,
there is no attack! Instead, the Attacking player must get rid of a card
and draw to replace it. The player’s turn is done.
- Player forgets to draw a card – If a player forgets to draw
a card before the next player starts an attack, they are out-of-luck and
must continue with fewer cards. Be reasonable in giving players time to
draw a card.
- The Deck runs out – Shuffle the used cards and continue
play.
- Does the Defending player have to play a Defensive card? – Nope.
The Defending player may discard a card, giving the Attacking player a
free shot. The Defending player then draws a card from the deck. Why would
a Defending player do that? Who knows?
- Return Attack – Return Attacks are rolled after all Offensive attacks
are completed. If the Defending player has 30 or more Points after
the Offensive Player’s attack, they are out and do NOT get a Free
Shot.

Return Attacks simulate the occasion where you
just happen to have a snowball in your hands when you are attacked, and
manage to get off a hasty throw at your attacker.
